Job Purpose and Impact

Location: Barcelona / Sant Cugat area preferred (hybrid working) or Colmenar Viejo (Madrid area).

The Senior Technical Account Manager, is a technical expert responsible for providing advice and insights to Bakery customers in Southern Europe (Spain and Italy) while helping the business achieve growth targets. In this role,



you will understand customer strategies and needs and help them to improve their products, results and reach and exceed their goals through product solutions and services. You will also identify new business development opportunities within existing customers and/or with new product, ingredient and concept opportunities, find and propose solutions, lead projects, communicate and train customers. You will be a trusted advisor to customers and provide strategic and technical direction for account managers.
