Les Roches General Hospitality Education, a world-leading institution in hospitality management and part of the Sommet Education Group, is seeking a Student Services Assistant to join our Marbella campus on a permanent contract. In this role, you will provide administrative support across the Student Services area, ensuring efficient operations and delivering excellent service to both students and internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the department and assigned projects.
• Compile and maintain data, reports and records accurately and efficiently.
• Support the delivery of departmental services and activities in line with established procedures.
• Ensure information is kept up to date and compliant with administrative requirements.
• Monitor activities and provide information and support when required.




• Collaborate with different departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Qualifications
• Degree in Education or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Professional, service-oriented and proactive approach.
