We’re looking for a Product Evangelist / Community Manager to help us build an early community around our AI productivity product, primarily through Reddit.
This is a good fit if you:
• Are a real productivity nerd, interested in productivity systems, focus, planning, and getting things done.
• Are very interested in AI and how it can make people more productive.
• Are an active Reddit user and understand how Reddit communities actually work.

WHAT YOU WILL DOYour main goal is to help us find and engage our first group of early users and advocates.
That means:
• Finding relevant Reddit communities
• Participating in discussions and creating useful posts
• Reaching out to potential beta users
• Building relationships with early users and advocates
• Bringing feedback and insights back to the team

OUR CO-FOUNDER MODELWe are organized as a founder cooperative. Everyone in the core team works under the same co-founder agreement.
We try to combine the best of socialism and capitalism.
On one side, the company is shared among the people who build it.



On the other side, ownership has to be earned through contribution.
The principle is simple:
Work more, earn more ownership.
Work less, earn less ownership.
Your share grows or shrinks dynamically depending on your contribution compared with the contributions of the other co-founders.
We currently have no revenue, so at the beginning there is zero cash compensation. Everyone is currently contributing their work in exchange for ownership.
We are preparing for investor outreach and expect revenue and funding to come later, at which point cash compensation can become possible.
