Role Description The Social Media Director (English) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bornova, responsible for leading Youstemcell’s English-language social media presence and brand voice. This role oversees the planning and execution of social media campaigns, manages daily content publishing,



and optimizes engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The Social Media Director collaborates with marketing, medical, and public relations teams to translate complex scientific information into accessible, compliant content for general audiences. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, refining content strategy, managing community interactions, and coordinating with external partners or agencies as needed. The role also involves crisis communication support, reputation management, and ensuring that all social media activities align with Youstemcell’s ethical and regulatory standards.
