This is a hybrid role based in our Barcelona office, requiring you to work from the office 3 days per week.

We’re looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager - Sage X3 to help strengthen the effectiveness, capability, and performance of our Sage X3 partner community.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Enablement, you will develop and deliver strategic enablement initiatives that support partners throughout their journey, from onboarding through to ongoing development and excellence.

Working closely with Partner Leadership, Learning Services, regional teams, and other key stakeholders across Sage, you will help define and implement regional enablement plans aligned with business priorities. You’ll combine strategic program management with hands-on coaching and enablement, ensuring partners have the skills, tools, processes, and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Partner Leadership and Enablement teams to strengthen partner effectiveness through onboarding, continuous learning, and coaching.





Develop and deliver strategic partner enablement programs aligned with regional and business objectives.

Create effective skills, processes, content, and tools to support partners throughout the sales journey.

Deliver coaching to Partner Leaders, identify capability gaps, and implement targeted activities to improve performance.

Measure and report the impact of enablement initiatives and contribute to the Partner Enablement blueprint, supporting partners from onboarding through to excellence.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in partner/channel enablement, sales enablement, learning & development, or commercial program management.

Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Confident in stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing across different teams and regions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and use performance insights to drive continuous imp
