Overview
We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager specialising in Electrical Substations and Water Infrastructure to join our multidisciplinary PMCM team supporting large-scale Data Center projects for a globally recognised client.
The idóneo candidate will have a strong Electrical or Industrial Engineering background, with proven experience in preconstruction management, design coordination, tendering, and contractor procurement.
The role focuses on ensuring technical readiness, cost efficiency, and a smooth transition from design and procurement into construction.

Requirements
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred).
• Proven experience in preconstruction,



tendering, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
• Strong technical knowledge of HV/MV substations, electrical distribution systems, and utility connections.
• Experience with water infrastructure, including supply networks, pumping stations, and storage facilities.
• Ability to review technical specifications, BoQs, contractor proposals, and commercial qualifications.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and utility providers.
• Previous experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical projects, or PMCM/EPC environments will be highly valued.

Languages
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (essential).
