About the Project & Role ?
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect (ICT Architect Senior - Level 3) to lead the definition, evolution, and governance of the ServiceNow platform in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between technical architecture and business vision, working closely with the Platform Owner and Enterprise Architecture teams. You will guide technical teams in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and future-proof end-to-end solutions across multiple modules.
Main Responsibilities ?
• Architecture Design & Strategy: Design and maintain ServiceNow's technical architecture focused on stability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Technical Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap and integrate the architectural vision into the overall platform delivery plan.
• Multi-Module Integration: Design integrated solutions covering ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD using appropriate integration patterns.
• Service Modeling: Lead the service modeling and CMDB (CSDM) strategy, ensuring data model health and evolution.
• Maximize Value: Drive automation, standardization, and simplification, challenging legacy requirements whenever necessary.
• Governance & Design Authority: Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and technical governance through design reviews.
