Job Mission

Lead the Group's controlling, reporting, and international taxation functions, ensuring reliable and consistent financial information to support decision-making. Drive the improvement and standardization of financial processes, coordinating the different subsidiaries and contributing to the optimization of the Group's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

• Coordinate the Group's accounting closings, consolidation, and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee the application of consistent accounting standards and financial policies across the different subsidiaries.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial information at an international level.

Financial Controlling

• Lead the Group's budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring processes.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, and key financial indicators.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing relevant insights to support decision-making.

International Taxation





• Coordinate and oversee the Group's international tax matters, ensuring effective management of tax risks.
• Oversee transfer pricing policies, related-party transactions, and intercompany operations.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and local teams across different jurisdictions.

Financial Standardization & Transformation

• Drive the harmonization of financial processes, procedures, and standards across subsidiaries.
• Promote optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within controlling and reporting processes.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Group's financial management and analytical tools.

Treasury & International Finance

• Oversee the Group's financial planning and cash flow management.
• Coordinate international financial operations, financing activities, and intercompany transactions.
• Contribute to working capital optimization and financial risk management.
