We are recruiting a commercially driven Private Banking Sales Consultant for an established international investment management firm expanding its presence in Spain.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building relationships quickly and delivering measurable results.

Unlike traditional private banking roles, this position focuses exclusively on new client acquisition rather than managing an existing portfolio. The firm provides qualified leads, marketing support, an established investment proposition, technology and specialist teams to support ongoing investment management and client service.

Your role is to turn qualified prospects into clients through effective conversations, consultative selling and consistent closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage qualified prospects generated through the firm's marketing activities.
• Build trust quickly with high-net-worth individuals and understand their financial objectives.
• Present the investment proposition through consultative, client-focused conversations.
• Handle objections, maintain consistent follow-up and convert prospects into new clients.
• Drive new business and asset acquisition against clearly defined targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and manage activity independently.
• Participate in regular coaching, sales training and performance reviews to continuously improve results.
