As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist to join our teams in Barcelona and contribute to a strategic international project within the insurance sector.

Your mission
Working closely with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you will ensure the smooth operation of the platform, support marketing campaigns and customer journeys, and help business teams across different countries maximise the value of SFMC.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Providing functional and operational support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Managing and monitoring marketing campaigns, automated journeys and data flows.
• Supporting audience segmentation, campaign configuration, testing and deployment.
• Investigating incidents,



troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
• Gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications and user stories.
• Supporting the Product Owner with backlog management, UAT and delivery validation.
• Monitoring data quality, consent management and campaign performance.
• Collaborating with international business and technical stakeholders.
• Creating documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise processes and improve SFMC adoption.

Your technical skills
Required:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Data Extensions.
• Marketing automation and customer journey management.
• Audience segmentation and data quality.
