About you:

As a Senior Publisher Account Manager at Vidoomy, we are looking for someone ambitious, proactive, and highly motivated.

What we’re looking for?

• Spanish and English (C1 level),



both spoken and written (this will be evaluated during the interview process).
• At least 3 years of experience in publisher management or acquisition within digital advertising, adtech companies, ad networks, or SSPs.
• A strong understanding of programmatic advertising and inventory monetization, particularly video formats.
• Experience developing publisher partnerships, from identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to onboarding and growing accounts.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics such as revenue, eCPM, fill rate, and viewability, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to improve inventory performance.
• A commercially driven, results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting publisher acquisition, retention, and revenue growth targets.
• The ability to independently manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, prioritize opportunities, and resolve issues in collaboration with technica
