We are seeking an Managing Director to lead the growth and strategic development of an innovative company operating within the Assisted Reproduction and IVF sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s business strategy, driving commercial expansion, operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable value creation in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the company’s short, medium, and long-term growth strategy.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assisted reproduction, fertility, and reproductive medicine markets.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with fertility clinics, healthcare providers, distributors, research institutions, and industry partners.
• Lead commercial activities and negotiate strategic agreements, partnerships, licensing, and distribution contracts.
• Drive international expansion initiatives and support market entry strategies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting,



and business performance management.
• Monitor operational performance, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
• Collaborate closely with scientific, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and applicable healthcare requirements.
• Prepare business reports and present strategic updates to shareholders, investors, and board members.
• Represent the company at scientific congresses, industry conferences, and international networking events.

Candidate Profile
• University degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences is highly valued.
