THE OPPORTUNITY




We are looking for an experienced Sales & Events Manager to lead the Sales & Events function at CLAP House Ibiza from January 2027, driving revenue across private events, group bookings, brand activations and trade partnerships. This is a commercial and operational role in equal measure. You will proactively generate new business, manage opportunities from first enquiry through contracting and planning, and work closely with Operations to ensure every event is delivered to the CLAP standard and lands commercially. You will also build the relationships, systems, packages and pipeline needed to get the most out of the property across the season.
