About BrimloBrimlo is an early-stage SaaS platform for self-employed professionals (autónomos) in Spain.
We are building a workspace that helps autónomos manage invoicing, income and expenses, tax obligations, quarterly filings and everyday administrative processes in one place.
The product has moved beyond the initial MVP stage and is now entering the next phase of product development and customer growth.
We are looking for an SMM & Community Growth Lead to take ownership of our organic social media and community acquisition channels.

What you will be responsible forYou will own and develop Brimlo's organic presence across Telegram, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the content strategy, growing our communities, creating and testing content formats, identifying partnership and collaboration opportunities, engaging with users, analyzing channel performance and turning organic reach into registrations and paying customers.
This is an ownership-oriented role. We are looking for someone who can develop hypotheses,



execute them independently, measure the results and decide what to test next.

What we are looking forRelevant experience growing social media channels or online communities is important.
Experience with Telegram community growth is particularly valuable.
Experience with SaaS, fintech, taxtech, relocation, Spain or expatriate audiences would be an advantage.
Knowledge of the Spanish autónomo system is also a strong plus, but is not mandatory if you are willing to learn the market in depth.
You should be comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being built and where your work can directly influence the growth strategy of the company.

CompensationThis is a paid, commission-based independent contractor role. There is no fixed base salary at the initial stage.
Compensation is 30% of subscription revenue generated from customers directly attributable to your acquisition
