The Financial Controller will play a key role in supporting the factory's financial performance by providing insightful analysis, monitoring costs, and partnering with business stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
• Analyze costs, expenses, and variances against budget and forecast.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial analyses and performance reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs within the manufacturing environment.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other business functions to understand performance drivers.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance.




• Develop a strong understanding of the factory operations and the business behind the numbers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A;, Financial Analysis, or a similar Finance role.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity to understand business operations and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
