Your Tasks

In your role as Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring transparent and accurate financial records that support strategic decision-making across the company. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing financial reconciliations, overseeing compliance with tax regulations, and coordinating internal and external audits. You will play a pivotal part in financial planning by analyzing trends, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions. Your role will also involve enhancing financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks, contributing to the overall financial health and sustainability of Beiersdorf Tres Cantos.

Your Profile

The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, and ethical financial management. You should have proven experience in managing complex financial data and reporting to senior leadership. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output are required.



Proficiency in relevant ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities will support your success in this role. The candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team committed to continuous improvement and excellence in finance.
