We are looking for a thoughtful, driven, and experienced Manager to drive Productivity Excellence & Strategic Programs for South EMEA, reporting directly to the Head of Productivity, South.

About the role

This is a key role at the heart of the South EMEA Productivity engine. It blends the creative side of designing sales enablement with the strategic and analytical work that supports regional leadership decisions. You’ll cover enablement delivery, sales program analytics, and tooling. You’ll turn productivity insights into programs the field can execute, so regional leaders can focus on strategic priorities.
Every program you deliver has a measurable dollar impact. You will design prescriptive enablement and sales programs, then handle the “business end”: making sure they are executed and produce results.
