Your tasks & responsibilities?

• You are the first point of contact for our (potential) B2B customers, both by phone and email, building long-term relationships through a professional and customer-centric approach.
• You handle incoming commercial enquiries and prepare quotations in close collaboration with our Sales Engineers.
• You create and process orders in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• You follow up with customers and prospects through our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and timely communication. While prospection is not part of the role, there may be opportunities to become involved if this aligns with your interests and ambitions.

Who are you?

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience in internal B2B sales within an industrial and international environment.
• You are fluent, both spoken and written, in Spanish, English
