About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and curious trainee to join Almirall’s Talent Acquisition Strategy & Employer Branding area within the Talent Strategy team.
Reporting to the Integral Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate Director, you will provide operational, administrative and project support across global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives. You will contribute to executive recruitment processes,
talent attraction activities related to the implementation of general Talent Acquisition, onboarding and employer branding improvement strategies, while gaining direct exposure to innovative People & Culture practices in an international ad highly specialized environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong learning mindset, with sharp curiosity about digital innovation and AI, and enthusiasm for developing a career in People & Culture.
Main Responsibilities
• Materially contribute to projects related to Talent Acquisition, onboarding, digitalization and AI-enabled People & Culture innovation initiatives.
• Support executive and hard-to-fill recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate communications and overall documentation administration.
• Assist with Almirall’s critical roles’ external talent pipelining, including talent attraction campaigns, events and university partnerships.
