Job Description
In this role you will lead enterprise-wide strategic programs that enhance customer access to Rockwell Automation solutions, accelerate growth, and improve the effectiveness of commercial engagement models. You will drive cross-functional initiatives that remove barriers to market entry, simplify customer and partner interactions, and enable scalable business growth across regions, channels,



and customer segments.

You will report to the Global Director, Market Access Strategy, Transformation & PMO and follow a hybrid work model, based from any Rockwell Automation office location across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, global Market Access initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Pricing, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and Partner organizations.
• Drive execution of programs that improve customer acquisition, channel effectiveness, market penetration, and commercial scalability.
• Develop and manage:• Program charters and business cases
• Project plans and milestones
• Resource and budget requirements
• KPIs, success metrics, and executive reporting
