Job Description

The Customer Service Manager will drive service excellence by delivering an exceptional after-sales experience and ensuring the highest standards of client care. through efficient service operations, quality repair management.
Deliver an exceptional and personalized after-sales experience, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Manage all customer service activities, ensuring efficient follow-up of repairs and service requests.
Monitor and analyze Customer Service performance through KPIs and reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.




Ensure repair quality standards and delivery lead times are achieved while maintaining a client-centric approach.
Oversee logistics activities related to repairs, spare parts, accessories, and service operations.
Maintain strong product knowledge, service policies, pricing guidelines, and Customer Service procedures.
Contribute to Customer Service projects and operational initiatives while supporting the overall performance and objectives of the AP House.

Qualifications

• High level of English (professional/business proficiency).
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, After-Sales Service, or Luxury Retail environment.
• Strong client orientation with excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities, demostrating the ability to build collaborative teams, encourage active listening and develop team menbers.
