As a Pipeline Director Europe, you´ll be responsible for driving regional pipeline strategy, prioritization, and execution across Europe to maximize long-term pipeline value and support sustainable growth.
You’ll partner closely with Business Development, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Affairs, Global Commercial, Development, and country organizations to identify opportunities, assess investments, manage portfolio governance,



and ensure the successful progression of selected pipeline assets.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute the European pipeline strategy for the assigned therapeutic areas (TAs), aligned with general and regional priorities.
• Drive opportunity identification and execution, including the development of detailed TA, product plans and country scope.
• Lead pipeline prioritization and opportunity assessments, including the evaluation of business cases and scenarios for pipeline projects.
• Support strategic product selection and regional allocation decisions through governance forums and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain a consolidated overview of pipeline projects, ensuring project information, status, scope, timelines, forecasts, and open actions are accurate, up to date, and transparent to relevant stakeholders.
