The Position

As a Senior Communications & Visual Design Lead, you are the creative bridge between complex digital transformations and the global organization. You will own the visual identity, storytelling, and communication strategy for our digital initiatives, ensuring our impact is clearly communicated to stakeholders at all levels in Pharma Technical Operations. In this role, you will translate intricate technical roadmaps and data milestones into compelling visual narratives, professional presentations,
and engagement campaigns that drive awareness and adoption across the general Pharma Technical Operations (PT) network.
Core Responsibilities
• Communications Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans that articulate the vision, progress, and value of digital and data transformation initiatives.
• Visual Storytelling & Layout: Design and produce high-impact visual content, including executive slide decks, digital assets, infographics, and project collateral, ensuring a consistent and professional aesthetic.
• Content Creation: Draft, edit, and curate engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, digital signage, Intranet platforms, and team updates.
• Brand & Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the visual branding for the Digital & Data portfolio, ensuring all outputs align with Roche corporate identity standards.
