As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be part of an international and multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation to the activation of maintenance service contracts in SAP.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
• Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions.




• Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, service delivery, collections to resolve customer inquiries.
• Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements.
• Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.
• Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures

This position is based in our offices in Barcelona (WTC), where partial remote work would be an option (up to 2 days a week).

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:

• Experience in a customer facing/service, business support or administrative position
• Full proficiency in both English and French. Proficiency in Spanish would be a plus.
• A university degree or equivalent would be considered a plus,
