Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical source documents provided by engineering offices and customer support teams.

• Identifymissingorinconsistentinformationandrequestadditionaldatafromclienttechnicalteams.

• Structure, write, and produce Service Bulletins following internal specifications, customer guidelines, and normative frameworks (e.g., S1000D when applicable).

• Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of technical procedures, illustrations, and compliance instructions.





• Coordinate with engineering experts, design office teams, and project stakeholders to validate content.

• Provide technical support to the customer-facing teams and participate in project review meetings.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and tools (including potential digitization initiatives).

Experience/Qualifications:

• A technical degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, aeronautical maintenance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical function such as design office, maintenance, support engineering, repair office, or configuration management.

• Experience in technical writing is appreciated but NOT mandatory.

• Understanding of helicopter systems, aeronautical configurations, or Airbus platforms is a strong asset.
