Your Challenge
As Ad Operations Market Lead, you will:
• Team Leadership: Lead, manage,



and develop the Spanish Operations team, including Operations Managers, fostering performance and professional growth.

• Campaign Operations: Oversee the execution and optimisation of branding and performance campaigns, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Operational Performance: Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Process Optimisation: Implement regional best practices, improve workflows, and drive operational efficiency and scalability.

• Technical Support: Ensure strong support to Client Success through campaign analysis, troubleshooting, and performance insights.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main Operations point of contact for Spanish market leadership, collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operational Excellence.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• 7+ years of experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, or digital advertising,
