The F&B; Intern will work directly with the Food & Beverage Manager and support the day-to-day operation across the different F&B; areas of the hotel.

The internship will provide exposure to the full F&B; operation, including Breakfast, Restaurants, Bars, Pool, Events & Banqueting, In-Room Dining, Amenities and Minibar.

The Intern will be involved in the operation and will support the teams where needed, gaining practical experience of how a luxury hotel F&B; department operates on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the F&B; Manager and outlet teams with the daily operation.

• Assist with opening and closing of outlets.

• Support the preparation and set-up of Breakfast, Restaurants, Bars, Pool and Events.

• Assist during service and support the team during busy periods.

• Help maintain the presentation, cleanliness and organization of the outlets.

• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment during Breakfast.

• Support Pool operations, including preparation and replenishment.

• Assist with events, including setup, service and breakdown.





• Support In-Room Dining operations and tray collection.

• Prepare and deliver guest amenities according to the required standards.

• Restock and inspect minibars.

• Check minibar presentation, product availability, cleanliness and expiry dates.

• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks.

• Support daily checklists and other operational controls.

• Report any operational issues, guest requests or maintenance concerns to the relevant supervisor or F&B; Manager.

• Follow all hotel and F&B; standards, procedures and food safety requirements.

• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

• Provide a friendly and professional service to guests when interacting with them.

Learning & Development

During the internship, the Intern will rotate through the different F&B; areas and gain an understanding of how the operation works as a whole.
