At Greenvolt Power, we are seeking a Performance Monitoring & Optimization Manager, who will be responsible for leading and owning the performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization function for Greenvolt Power's utility-scale renewable energy asset portfolio, ensuring that all assets are continuously monitored, underperformance is identified and addressed, and value creation is maximized across the operating fleet.
The role leads and develops the Performance Monitoring & Optimization team, setting objectives, ensuring analytical quality and consistency of outputs, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex performance issues across the portfolio. The Performance Monitoring & Optimization Manager defines and owns the performance monitoring methodology, KPI frameworks, loss classification standards,



and improvement action governance processes applied across the fleet, and is responsible for ensuring these are continuously refined based on operational data and technological developments.
The Performance Monitoring & Optimization Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across all geographies, partnering closely with Asset Management, O&M; Strategy & Best Practices, and OT & Digital teams to ensure performance insights are translated into tangible improvements in availability, energy yield, and long-term asset value.
