- Own the governance process.

- Coordinate stakeholders across different teams.
- Drive root cause analysis and improvement actions.
- Maintain procedures and standards.
- Govern process ownership, compliance and continual improvement.
- Monitor KPI performance.
- Escalate service risks and challenge non-compliance.

Years' experience:5 to 8 years
Workplace: Madrid, 3 days from office
Work Schedule: 9 to 18.00 with one hour lunch
