Gartner's Insights & Product Analytics (IPA) team is seeking a Program Manager - Data Engineering to lead initiatives that power analytics and digital insights across Gartner's Insights business. In this role, you will connect business priorities, analytics needs, and technology delivery to ensure data products are trusted, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to VP-level leaders, requiring strong collaboration across Analytics, IT, Engineering, and business teams to drive successful execution and continuous value delivery.What You Will DoProgram Execution & DeliveryManage delivery of initiatives acrossanalytics teamsCoordinate cross-functional workstreams across IT, analytics and engineering teamsTrack progress against initiative goals (business impact, engagement, satisfaction)Requirements & Backlog ManagementPartner with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and document requirementsTranslate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories,
