Who We Are
Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. Through a single API, Yuno connects them to pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins globally, so they can operate everywhere. Agnostic by design and connected to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations in 190+ countries, Yuno optimizes acceptance rates, reduces costs, and strengthens security through specialized AI agents that learn from every transaction. Global brands including Mc Donald's, Net Ease Games, Go Fund Me, and Rappi run their payments on Yuno.
About The Role
Yuno is looking for a Staff Engineer to be a senior technical leader across our engineering organization - architecting the robust, scalable systems that process payments for general brands, and raising the technical bar for the teams around you. You'll take on our hardest technical problems, shape architecture and technical strategy,

and turn complex, real-world payment challenges into elegant, maintainable solutions. This is a hands?on leadership role. You'll still design and build, but your impact comes as much from mentoring engineers, driving technical vision, and making the decisions that shape the platform's direction as from the code you write.
How AI Shows Up in This Role
As a Staff Engineer at an AI-native company, you'll shape how AI is used across engineering - architecting AI-native systems and helping define the AI-driven development practices the whole org adopts AI is our default execution layer: you're expected to use AI-assisted tooling fluently across design, implementation, testing, and review, and to bring good judgment to how the team does the same.
Your Contribution Will Be Technical leadership and mentorship
