At Hatch, we’re looking for an experienced Quantitative Research / Data Science expert expert to join our team full-time and work with us across international research and strategy projects.
We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in quantitative methods, statistics, and Python, comfortable working with complex datasets and designing robust analytical approaches from scratch.
Responsibilities

Design quantitative research approaches, surveys, and analytical frameworks
Analyze complex behavioral and survey datasets using Python
Apply statistical techniques, segmentation, clustering, and modelling where relevant
Identify patterns, test hypotheses, and assess relationships across variables
Build clear visualizations and translate complex analyses into meaningful insights
Help shape recommendations for product, strategy, and business decisions

Qualifications





Strong background in quantitative research, statistics, econometrics, data science, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis
Experience with survey data, behavioral datasets, segmentation, and statistical modelling
Strong analytical thinking and methodological rigor
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Professional working proficiency in English

This is a specialist quantitative role, not a qualitative or generalist research position. We’re looking for someone who can bring real depth in data analysis and quantitative research.
