You’ll work closely with around 100 DACH customers, and we want you to know what’s happening across your portfolio before anyone has to tell you. Which renewal needs attention? Who might be at risk? Where’s an opportunity to grow? You spot it, prioritize it, and act on it. We call it Growth Consultant for a reason: get into the customer’s business, understand what they’re trying to achieve, and recommend what will actually help them get there. Sometimes that means expanding, sometimes it doesn’t.The other part of the challenge: make 100 customers feel manageable. Use AI to rethink the work, not just speed up emails.
