You will own the first weeks of the customer journey, setting up the AI assistant, testing and fine-tuning, and getting it live on their phone line.You will spend most time on onboarding calls and exploring the fonio platform to tailor each setup for customers from Munich, Vienna, or Zurich, learning features and driving activation across markets.
