We are a growing, fast-paced startup looking for a Senior Freelance Labor Consultant to co-manage our end-to-end payroll and labor operations.
You will work completely hand-in-hand with the team, managing your own block of ownership with total autonomy.

Execute multi-agreement payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements (finiquitos).
Master the application of different collective agreements and salary tables.
Seamless daily management of Sistema RED (hires/terminations), Delt@/SILTRA (IT/AT parts), and Contrat@.

Strategic Labor Advisory

Act as a go-to expert for labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions).
Prepare documentation for labor inspections and manage conciliation processes (SMAC) when needed.
Calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax/finance team.

Requirements (What you bring)





3 to 5 years as an independent consultant or working in high-volume business registries/consultancies.
Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or Graduado Social.
Expert proficiency in payroll software and Advanced Excel (for cost reporting and data reconciliation).
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Spanish Labor Law and latest reforms.
Total ownership. You don't just report problems; you bring legally sound solutions.
