Responsibilities
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
Consolidate and build the customer base.
Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
Handle customer needs and inquiries.
Requirements
Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic. Good level of English (oral and written).
Experience: 16 Months previous sales experience is desirable. Ability to work independently.
Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with occasional guidance.
CRM Experience: solid CRM experience, able to navigate CRM platforms, analyze customer data,



and support sales strategies.
Communication Skills: proficient communication skills, comfortable sharing information, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with team members.
Goal-Oriented: ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
Proactive Attitude: motivated and proactive individual.
