As an SDR focused on the German-speaking market, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and building pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.

You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified meetings for the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Qualify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Gather market intelligence and share customer insights to support growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the expansion strategy within the DACH region.

- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Around 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar outbound sales role.
- Previous experience prospecting into the German market.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable conducting cold outreach, discovery conversations and virtual meetings.




- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
