Responsibilities

Manage configuration and product documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Ensure requirements traceability and consistency across specifications, risk assessments, testing, and technical documentation.

Oversee change control, version management, and baselines.

Coordinate document reviews and approval processes.

Support risk management, quality assurance,



and design control activities.

Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Development, and Requirements Engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Strong SAP experience – TOP PRIORITY / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.

Experience in Configuration Management, Document Control, or Change Management.

Background in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Diagnostics, IVD, or Pharma.

Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and quality processes.

Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, Windchill, Jama, PTC Integrity, or similar platforms is a plus.

This is not a development-focused role. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in configuration control, documentation, traceability, and regulatory compliance

We positively value all work or study experience abroad. All positions require a high level of English (at least B2).
