The Role We're looking for a

Marketing & Communications Lead

to own Aloja's external voice — from content and SEO strategy to partnerships, campaigns, and brand consistency. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can both set the strategy and execute hands-on, working closely with Sales and Customer Success to keep messaging aligned across the company.

Responsibilities: Partnerships & Content Distribution

Coordinate with external partners (PR agencies, industry publications, affiliate/referral partners) to distribute and syndicate Aloja-authored content

Manage placements for podcast ads, sponsored content, and related media opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with media and industry contacts relevant to Aloja's positioning

Own SEO strategy and execution across Aloja's website and content properties

Build and maintain a content calendar spanning blog, email, and social channels

Develop lead magnets and other inbound marketing assets

Review marketing and on-site copy for quality, consistency, and brand voice

Brand & Communications

Act as a spokesperson for Aloja in video and other media as needed

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all external-facing materials





Keep marketing messaging aligned with Sales and Customer Success

Campaigns & Analytics

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels

Track and report on key metrics: traffic, lead generation, engagement, and campaign performance

Events & Creative Support

Support planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and related activities

Create marketing collateral (flyers, one-pagers, event materials), partnering with design specialists on more complex work

General

Take on other marketing and communications responsibilities as they naturally arise

Requirements

Proven experience owning marketing/communications end-to-end — ideally at a B2B SaaS startup or similar fast-moving environment

Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for brand voice and consistency

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content strategy

Experience coordinating with external partners (PR, media, affiliates)

Data-driven — comfortable tracking and reporting on marketing performance

Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating without heavy management structure

Fluent English (almost native) and Spanish is a plus given the team's footprint
