Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure the reliability of our API services by monitoring, investigating, and addressing incidents across multi-environment deployments. You will partner with developers and QA to reproduce and debug issues, especially around data interactions and service integrations. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international setting, contributing to post-incident learning and proactive improvements. This position offers impact through stabilizing critical APIs and collaborating across general teams.

• Monitor system performance, particularly during production deployments
• Investigate API incidents by analyzing logs (ElasticSearch) and reviewing configurations
• Run T-SQL queries in SQL Server to support issue analysis
• Serve as first contact for API issues and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with developers and QA to reproduce and debug .NET-based APIs




• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Document findings, recurring issues, and solutions for continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a distributed, international setting

Responsabilidades
• Solid understanding of API concepts (SOAP and REST)
• Experience with ElasticSearch for log analysis
• Familiarity with system configuration troubleshooting
• Knowledge of databases, T-SQL, SQL Server for queries and data validation
• Basic experience with C# and .NET environments
• Experience in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proactive, independent and team-oriented work style
