Manage and plan distribution transport orders in the

Catalonia area .Register and manage customer transport orders in the company’s IT systems, ensuring the correct entry and tracking of orders received via

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) .Carry out the daily operational control of the distribution fleet, monitoring productivity, compliance with established KPIs and operational costs.Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods in the cross-dock area, ensuring efficient operational flows in collaboration with warehouse teams and drivers.Maintain smooth and effective communication with customers, suppliers, drivers and different internal departments to ensure the correct execution of services.Manage operational issues and propose solutions to minimise their impact on daily operations.Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and quality standards.Identify continuous improvement opportunities in transport and distribution processes, contributing to service optimisation and operational cost efficiency.Coordinate with other internal departments regarding order management.Follow standard protocols.YOUR PROFILE

Vocational Education and Training qualification in Logistics and Transport, Administration and Management, or a related field.Previous experience in transport, distribution, logistics or operational management will be considered an advantage.Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.You are organised,



solution-oriented and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.You are able to deal with unexpected situations while remaining calm and, through clear and effective communication, motivate those involved to work together towards the right solution.You value close collaboration with the team and therefore live within a reasonable distance of our location.WHAT WE OFFER
