Event Rooms Coordinator - Grand Hyatt BarcelonaRole overview: Coordinate accommodation arrangements for groups and events, acting as main point of contact for room-related requirements, aligned with Hyatt brand standards.Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding all accommodation-related requirements from group confirmation through post-stay follow-up.Manage group room blocks, rooming lists, reservations, amendments, cancellations, extensions, and accommodation changes.Coordinate VIP guests, upgrades, amenities, accessibility requirements, and special accommodation requests.Monitor room block pickup and availability; communicate risks, changes, and opportunities to relevant teams.Ensure room rates, billing instructions, payment arrangements,
