Experteer Overview In this role you will be the main technical and escalation contact for post-sales service customers across EMEA, driving service solutions with partners.

You’ll help grow services, enable partners, and ensure high-quality delivery of data center solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to advocate for customers and improve service outcomes.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on Customer success and growth in a fast-paced environment.

and service delivery; report on performance• Maintain proactive communication about product updates and best practices• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and customer success to ensure a seamless experience• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQsResponsabilidades• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience• English fluency; additional languages welcome• Minimum 5 years in IT industry with partners and sales experience• Experience with IT Enterprise Infrastructure services (Linux, Windows OS, Network and Storage) and Data Center operations• Strong interpersonal, project management, collaboration, and communication skills• Ability to manage projects, milestones, and deliverables across multiple levels and partners• Strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills• Customer-focused mindset and quality-driven approach• Ability to travel for partner and customer engagements
