Shine is hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to own end-to-end corporate delivery for high-scarcity G&A; and commercial portfolios. You will manage a high-volume workflow, about 3–4 hires per month, and collaborate with business leaders to hire quickly and effectively. You will build and drive outbound pipelines, engage tier-2/3 companies, and ensure data integrity across the ATS while aligning with GDPR and governance standards.
