At Grupo Oesía, we work to ensure innovation delivers real impact, and we are looking for people who want to be part of that challenge.WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become an essential part of high-value projects for our customers.WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?Comprehensive project management, taking responsibility for the associated financial, organizational, and human resources aspects.Monitoring and analysis of assigned projects, ensuring their proper execution and alignment with established objectives.Identification and management of project requirements to ensure the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and cost.Preparation of progress reports and periodic updates on the status of projects, including progress, revenue, costs, variances, and action plans.Preparing and updating forecasts for invoicing, revenue, and project financial close.Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, driving preventive actions to ensure the achievement of project objectives.Overseeing invoicing and collections processes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.Managing client relationships, providing support to the Sales and Marketing departments in business development activities.Defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).Coordinating with the various teams involved,
