Package: Salary: €80,000 per annum + commission + performance bonus + additional incentivesAn international construction machinery manufacturer is seeking an experienced Service Manager based in Valencia to lead after-sales operations for its earthmoving product line, focusing on excavators and loaders below 80 tonnes.This role combines technical leadership with commercial responsibility. You will develop service teams and dealer capabilities, improve customer support and drive growth across spare parts, maintenance packages and service contracts.The roleLead, coach and develop a team of service representatives and technical staff.Strengthen dealer service capabilities, including workshop resources, technical skills and parts availability.Oversee technical support, breakdown response and service delivery for key customers.Drive spare parts sales and promote preventative maintenance packages and service contracts.Manage service profitability, operational performance and warranty cost control.Coordinate parts inventory planning to balance availability with effective stock management.Oversee warranty claims, product improvements and technical training.Build strong relationships with dealers and customers,



ensuring timely resolution of service issues.About youAfter-sales experience within construction machinery, heavy equipment or a related industry.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ideally relating to excavators and loaders.Proven experience in dealer management, customer relationships and after-sales operations.Commercial awareness, with the ability to improve service performance and grow parts and service revenue.A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.Fluent Spanish and business-fluent English.A valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the region.Experience with a leading international construction machinery manufacturer, along with dealer development or technical training expertise, would be particularly advantageous.What’s on offerAn attractive salary alongside commission, a performance bonus and excellent incentives.
