Persán – Demand & Supply Planner Specialist Persán, a multinational home‑care and personal‑care production company, is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner Specialist based in Sevilla, Spain. The role requires 10% travel. Responsibilities - Lead the monthly demand review, preparing data and facilitating meetings with sales and supply teams. - Drive forecast accuracy improvement, supply planning stability, and inventory health. - Participate in demand‑review program implementation, track progress, and report status to supply‑chain stakeholders. - Manage scope, schedule and resources of demand‑review initiatives and adjust for changes. - Identify, mitigate and resolve forecast‑related issues. - Consolidate inputs from sales forums and supply departments, and develop scenarios and solutions for review meetings. - Conduct impact analysis and validate results with key stakeholders. - Prepare documentation and key demand metrics for meetings.
- Build relationships across departments to drive participation. - Execute demand‑planning processes, including data cleansing, input collection and statistical forecasting. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. - Master’s degree in Supply Chain is a plus. - At least 3 years’ experience in planning or S&OP; roles. - Experience in FMCG is highly desirable. - Proficient in English and strong analytical skills. - Result‑oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently.
