As an Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes by translating their business challenges. Product Quality & Workflow Design * Translate complex client challenges into scalable, measurable workflows. * Balance customer requirements with platform capabilities and limitations. * Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and demo assets to accelerate adoption.
