Job Overview * Important IBEX 35 Company * Is looking for an IT Transformation Delivery Expert (Applications) for their HQ IBEX 35 Company with Global HQ in Barcelona Responsibilities * Lead demand management activities, ensuring business needs are clearly captured, structured, and prioritized. * Act as a key liaison between business and IT/Digital teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution. * Act as key liaison between HQ IT Teams and Local IT Teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution. * Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for implementation. * Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to implementation and stabilization. * Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.



* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify needs and improvement opportunities. * Drive process optimization initiatives through digital solutions, including automation (RPA) and retail tools, SAP and other Business Technology Tools. * Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. * Support continuous improvement in ways of working between business and IT.
