Senior Composites Manufacturing Engineer Now, we’re searching for a talented Composites Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities * Deliver effective management on individual projects. * Analysis quality issues in projects. * Review designs to identify potential errors or critical points, and document recommended solutions. * Develop and design additional components and prepare relevant documentation. * Select materials considering manufacturer and/or supplier availability. * Compile and select technical regulations, standards, and norms. * Provide end‑to‑end customer support, from the development phase to serial production, including supplier management, component manufacturing, and on‑site assembly assistance. * Conduct research and information gathering, including articles and datasheets. * Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully.



* Complete the corresponding 4C and QR documents. * Visit clients/suppliers when necessary. * Assist in the development of new processes and procedures across teams. * Implement and maintain rigorous engineering process methodology within the manufacturing team. * Lead Practical Problem‑Solving (PPS) activities to address Quality Concern Reports (QCR). * Represent Managing Composites as a subject matter expert for teaching and project activities. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. * Experience working with CATIA, Fusion 360, CIE, and Microsoft Project. * Strong problem‑solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Enjoy hands‑on work with a proactive attitude. * Advanced E
